Garrett Bascom is Managing Director of Aura Architecture Inc., where he leads the firm's work in efficient, execution-focused multifamily housing, with an emphasis on affordable housing. He also serves as Managing Director of CRP Affordable Housing and Community Development, overseeing projects from acquisition through entitlements, construction, and lease-up.

A licensed architect in California and Nevada and a senior development manager, Garrett brings more than 20 years of experience to his role. Before joining CRP, he spent nearly a decade at AO Architects, where he advanced to Associate and led large teams and consultant coordination for multifamily projects ranging from 350 to more than 2,200 units across California.

At CRP, he applies his architectural experience to affordable housing development, with a focus on regulatory strategy, constructability, and cost and schedule control. This combination of design and development expertise informs Aura Architecture's practical, execution-driven approach.
